This is a very hard to find transfer case adapter to mate Chevrolet's Tremec T-160 3-speed manual column-shift transmission to an NP205 transfer case. These 3-speed column-shift transmissions were the base model transmission for many years, probably at least 1973 to 1981, but you should check the bolt patterns to be sure.
