This is a later 265 with no speedometer drive installed and has sensor holes in the bellhousing. I believe it exploded a clutch at one time because the bellhousing has been repaired (see pictures). The tail piece for the shifter appears to have been fabricated, and you'll likely need the right one for your car anyway. Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking....
