This is a new style brake pedal assembly with 7" Single Brake Booster Bail top Master Cylinder And Disc/Drum Proportioning Valve Kit. This pedal assembly mounts up on your firewall and the pedal arm hangs down into the car. But the best part is, it mounts the booster and master cylinder 90 degrees to the side so they don't stick out into the engine compartment.
