This is a new (not rebuilt) hydroboost and mount assembly for a '97-'06 Jeep Wrangler TJ. It will bolt straight to your firewall using your existing bolt holes and requires no modifications to your Jeep brake pedal or the firewall. This hydroboost assembly uses a drop rod end (shown in the third pic) that connects straight to the lug on your power brake pedal and uses your OEM nylon bushing.
