OEM Original Ford Factory Tow Mirror. Mirror was clipped by a drunk driver - sustained damage on the right side as shown. Also missing lower lens. Mirror still operates well. This was on my personal truck a 2022 F250 Lariat with 30k miles. Mirror has the following options: Power moving Power folding Power telescoping Blind spot Heated Downward reflecting light All of these functions still work.
