A really nice jacket with a unfortunate story. This jacket was sent in for a cleaning, and the person who cleaned it did so improperly, and as you can see the zipper pulls for the main zip, the ends of the arms and both hand pockets have been broken off. All zippers work just fine and you can still grab onto the pulls that remain. As you can see, they also didn’t get all the spots out of the jacket.
