Good looking rate Harley Davidson helmet here. It is with it tags but does have some flaws. The lady I got it from dropped it so it does have a paint chip. It looks like when she dropped it it had a good roll because the paint doesn't looks brand new smooth to me. She said it was never worn but with the flaws I listed it as pre-owned just incase.
