The helmet is fully functional and the N-COM B4 works. I paired it to my phone as you can see in the last phone and the audio sounds good. I have not wiped the settings on it. No charger is included, but if requested I can sell you one for extra. The helmet is in OK cosmetic condition with noticeable scratches and chips.
