Good condition. Some minor imperfections on visor are really only visible in certain light / angles. I tried to highlight these in the photos. Matte Black shell is very nice. Minor signs of wear in the interior chin leather/ vinyl. Needs a new central liner. Foam deteriorated, and I removed it. The cheek foams are OK. I believe the visor is OEM Shoei.
