This sale is for one gallon of SMR-9800-V, Bright White Basecoat Bright White Base coat 3.5 voc and compliant in all 50 states INSTRUCTIONS: Agitate thoroughly before use. Reseal after each use. Mix 1 part basecoat with 1 part 0 voc urethane grade reducer like our SMR-0075.
