This item has been -Jetwashed -Oil scrubbed away -Inspected to ensure no cracking or stripped bolt holes - Sand blasted to ensure all old sediment / oil has been removed. Ready for paint / prime. Only includes what is seen in the photos. Some old silicone did not come off in the blaster. You may need to use a bronze brush to remove additional silicone if that matters to you. Always a good idea to run a tap / re thread...
