Bought another shop out and the soil tank is one of the items. I believe it fits from 1979 to 1981 models. Someone wrote on the tank itself that it would include 1982 but I'm pretty sure that uses a different oil tank. In fact I think there were two different model oil tanks from 1979 till 1981. One of them was flat like this on the outer surface and the other one had a bump out area.
