Phenolic Carburetor Spacer reduces heat rising into the carb to minimize fuel evaporation in the carb and ensure good starting when hot. Keeping the carb a little cooler maintains a good air/fuel mixture and therefor an increase in horse power. This spacer is an economical way just to raise the carb if you are having problems with clearance of the air cleaner. This particular spacer in 1" in height and for square bore carburetor / intakes. The mounting holes are 5 1/8" x 5 5/8"....
