This is a New gas tank filler neck rubber dust shield deflector piece for 1963, 1964, and 1965 Buick Riviera models. This is a very nice replacement piece to your old rubber piece. The last 2 pictures show the mounting diagram from an original service manual (this is from a 1965 manual but it is the same mounting for 1963 and 1964).
