Used original fuel tank filler neck/pipe for Austin Healey Sprite most likely a Bugeye Mk1. This unit may NOT fit other Sprites or Midgets so check your requirement and compare to 12 3/4" length x 2 1/4" diameter with a slight offset/bend. I have a Bugeye but it has the one piece tank with filler neck so I can't use mine to confirm for fit. This pipe connects to a tank nipple with a rubber sleeve.
