New Accelerator Bushings / Grommets (2) and Sleeves (2) - 4 Pieces Total. A machine shop we use made us an exact copy of GM part # 3866271 sleeve - throttle control rod both ends. The bushings / grommets are GM part # 3794377 - accelerator control rod both ends. These fit at both ends of the accelerator control arm.
