This is a Cold Air IntakeManufactured by K&N, part number 63-1039Long discontinued, so not a lot of info out there on it. Best I could tell, it fits 2001 Sierra/Silverado with 6.6l DieselOne resource said it fits 2002 as well- this is unconfirmed (the factory air boxes were different in 02).It is new, never installed on a vehicle.Previously used as a store display. Only thing missing is the EGR gasket and two screws that hold it to the tube (pic 2).Filter itself is still in its original wrapping...
