This is a brand new well-detailed 1956 Jaguar XK-140 Roadster (1955,1957 similar) die-cast collectible. It was made in 1:64 scale by the Mattel Company as part of the Matchbox "Road Trip" series and is nicely detailed with proper trim, realistic tires/rims and nice interior as shown.
