This is a brand new well-detailed 2022 Ford F150 Lightning pickup truck (2023 similar) die-cast collectible. It was made in 1:64 scale by the Mattel Company as part of the Matchbox Construction series and is nicely detailed with proper work trim, realistic tires/rims and nice utility bed as shown.
