Up for sale is a used OEM recoil starter in usable condition. The cover is intact with no cracks or holes. The rope and handle pull out and retract normally. The pawl extends properly (see video.) The rubber handle cover is torn in several places. There are cosmetic blemishes present including missing paint with rust, scuffs, scratches, rub/wear marks, pits, etc. See photos and zoom in for condition.
