Up for sale is a used OEM seat pan and foam with aftermarket ENJOY brand gripper seat cover, all in usable condition. The pan and foam are intact with no cracks. The rivets holding the front tab on have been partially drilled and the tab is slightly loose (see last 2 pics.) The cover is decent with no significant tears, cracks or holes, although there are a couple small slits on the bottom edge and one spot where it is worn thin.
