Came off of a2004 Polaris Trailblazer 250. The clips where you bolt on the fender broke off somehow "Was like this when I got it". I do have them and will come with the sale. All you would have to do is either plastic weld them or use an epoxy. Both ways will be easy to do. Still in nice condition. If there was any hardware that was on the quad when I received it.
