Genuine OEM Honda TRX200SX Cylinder Head. This has the decompression valve still on it. Cam is included. Cham channels look good. Do show signs of normal wear. One exhaust bolt is broken the other is missing. Threads for missing bolt look good. What is pictured is what you will receive. This is ready to be installed. This will fit 200SX from 1986-1988.
