This air box will fit 1999-2007 models only 400EX and 400X.This airbox allows you to relocate the battery, starter solenoid, voltage regulator and wiring to the inside of the airbox where it is protected from rocks, mud, etc.The picture shows the starter solenoid bracket mounted above the filter.
