Suzuki Lt 250r steering stem plus handle bar mounts. The rubber stem to frame mount and bolts also included. I wheeler turned fine but once on the bench it looks to have a bend in it right below rubber frame to stem mount. It is bent back towards Rider or tank. Other than that looks to be in good shape....
