Morrow Tire Screw On Tire Inner Tube Deflator Tool This is a screw on tube/tire deflator, proper term is aspirator. It uses moving air to suck the tube or tire flat. It works on the venturi principle, simply REMOVE the valve core, screw the tool on the valve cap threads, and pass air through it using a standard air chuck.
