Patch buffing stone for buffing tires or tubes prior to patching. This stone is 24 grit and measures 2" by 1.50". It has a 1/4" straight shaft for use in Jacobs stye chucks. This is a SLOW speed stone for use under 7,000 rpm. Do not use it in a high speed buffer or it will explode! It can be used in slow speed pneumatic tire buffers or a drill. This is the same stone we use in our shop for all tire and tube repairs....
