For sale is a Miller special tool made for the Chrysler Corporation in the 60s or 70s.Markings on the tool are: Miller-Detroit C 4100 "U".I believe this tool was used for the removal of the steering column bowl on old models of Chrysler Imperials. That was from memory and not guaranteed accurate. Maybe some older Chrysler mechanics with a better memory would know. The tool is used and in good condition. There is a little surface rust.
