Interesting and unique kd 2201. It's about 18" Long. The thumb screw with the label rotates the ratchet end. Ratchet is an obstruction type 1/4 drive and it currently has a Phillips head recessed which would make sense style wise for a carb screw. I cannot find much more then this about the tool as there is little out there in the tool in question. Please review pictures and please let me know of any questions....
