This was found in the box in photos. I have no idea if this is a complete set. It is in great shape. The small box in photo contained the two rings and small pack of nuts and washers. I took photos of all angles of the blue devices and close ups of the lettering on tool. The yellow pressboard sign was actually face down in bottom of box.
