This is a genuine USA Made Gates Tension Tester up to 30lbs deflection force, appears to be new old stock. Comes with the original manual that teaches you how to test the tension of belt drives. It has never been used, but the packaging has slight wear. Both O-Rings are in good condition. The white rubber end has some slight yellowing, no issues.
