Monarch Road Mach Co. Hy-Lo Jack - Series TUH. Hydraulic pulley system Jack. These styles were used for many years in Trucks and Industrial equipment. I believe the TUH series was for heavy duty commercial style vehicles. This one looks complete and I see no issues with it. Pulley spins freely and is not warped.
