This is a 3pc set of hardware to attach the emergency brake pedal assembly bracket to the firewall.The two nuts attach the bracket to the firewall from under the hood. The bolt attaches the other side of the bracket to the bottom side of the dash framework. This hardware exhibits the correct spinning washer on both the bolt and nuts just like GM did.
