They are new with excellent chrome; I would call it show quality. The kit works with many standard dual master cylinders including Wilwood (not included). Check your fitment before purchasing. This kit fits the original factory mounting holes and may be affected by other than factory engine components. FYI ...it does fit the popular LS engine...
