This is an original (OEM) 1979 Ford Truck 800-900-8000-9000 Series Owners Guide. It does have rubber band marks on the outside of it because whoever had this before thought that would be a great idea. Spoiler alert. It wasn't. It's free of any marks or tears on the inside, and once you buy it to use it on your 1979 truck.. I'm sure it'll have grease marks outside and you won't notice those rubberband marks anymore....
