This is a very nice book has seen in the pic the glue is coming dry on the binder part. No pages missing or undone just showing age. I had this for my 1958 220s it was lightly used then stored on a shelf in a bedroom. Has a stain on the front cover only. Took pics of cond and areas so you know what you are getting...
