This is a Brand New rubber cowl seal for 1959 & 1960 Buick LeSabre, Invicta, and Electra models. This is a very nice replacement cowl seal to your old hard and cracked seal. The seal does not come with holes in it so you will have to put the holes in the seal. If you need a used cowl please see my other listings. Please ask questions.
