These are new old stock that wasn't stored well. The box was rough and was discarded. The primer should be lightly sanded and refinished before painting your color. The rubber moldngs are very nice and pliable, not hardened and brittle. The new attaching cllps are included. Skirts were manufactured with a notch in the forward area to fit around the scuff pads on the 1960 and 1961 Dodge Polara and Matador and also the DeSoto. They also fit 1960 and 1961 Chrysler when equipped with the scuff pads....
