This listing is for a1968 1969 Mercury Cyclone Ford Torino Disc Brake Proportion Valve C8OA-28257-J. As you can see in the pictures, the tubing will need to be replaced. This valve will need to be rebuild so it is being sold as a cord. Please keep in mind this is a used 55 year old part and is exactly as you see it.
