Rare 69 70 Mustang cluster with tachometer. It's not in great cosmetic condition and will require some restoration. Gauges look nice, lenses are not good, bezels are unbroken but show age. Rear metal housing shows some surface rust but nothing terrible. Speedo tests as working, untested otherwise. Believe true miles as had been on shop shelf for decades.
