This was pulled from an 88 Crown Victoria LX. I understand many parts are the same from 88-91 I do not know the exact interchange on these and often parts fit but styles change. Ebay's compatibility chart is for search engine purposes only, so be sure that this part from a 88 model is what you need. Part may need further cleaning as it is a used part and I do not take the time to clean all parts....
