This listing is for a brand-new air horn to carburetor seal. This is the rubber seal that goes around the air horn on top of the carburetor and seals it from outside air. This is for the Willys L134 engine with the Carter WO style carburetor and will work with the Solex carburetor as well. I do not currently have the metal clamp. Please see pictures, thank you!...
