Seller notes

I did some serious research and could not find any history on this item, its a real one-of-a-kind. It does have spring action but does not produce pressure, would assume the seals are shot. Has very cool lettering "NEW IDEA - DOUBLE CYLINDER - PAT. APL.D. FOR." I even tried contacting NEW IDEA Co. with no results. If anyone has anyone information please forward....
