Used aftermarket accessory auto / car / bus / truck fan, for the steering column or dash. This is a 12 volt fan and it has been tested and works fine. The blades are made of rubber. I think if may have been made in the 1970s as the connector is a more modern type as shown in photos 3 and 4. The wires were cut off and there is a pig tail remaining. This plugs into the two prongs on the side of the unit. Cool for a rat rod, or custom car....
