From an estate. Vintage Delco Remy Dual Trumpet Horns. A very solid and a heavy piece. Appears original and un-restored. The measurements, as shown in the photos are approximately 21 1/2 " x 11". Has not been tested. The brand name "Delco Remy" is stamped on the relay box. I don't know anything else about the specific application for it.
