Selling tested used original Mitsuba flasher relay from Honda sedan cars. Honda part number 38300SE3003. Marked as FR-3309, It is very important to install OEM light bulbs for turn signals, because incorrect resitance or Amp will lead to wrong frequency of flashing. The bad ground on bulb wiring has the same effect on resistance and hence frequency increase all the way up to humming sound, which may be perceived as malfunctioning flasher....
