I recognize the lens as the Lucas logo out of the U.K. but beyond that I do not know the era or application. It resembles a motorcycle headlight to me, and King of the Road was known for their bike lamps. It's in overall fair to good condition. One dent in the back of the bucket. Lens is excellent condition, no chips or cracks I can find. The light socket seems someone replaced it with a household lamp socket.
