This is a brand new (not rebuilt) original starter as used on many Biturbo models including Coupes, Spyders, 222, 2.24, 228, 420, 4.24, 425, 430, Ghibli II and Shamal. Fits motor types AM 452, 453, 470, 471, 472, 473, 475, 477, 490 AND 496. Maserati part# 313453201. This is the original starter supplied by Maserati on later Biturbo models including the V8 Shamal.
