New old stock, NOS, factory OEM GM Guide rearview interior mirror. Never mounted or installed. A few surface scratches on the back side of the housing as shown in the photos. The mirror glass is good, shows one tiny area of deterioration of the silvering as shown in the last photo. No dings, scuffs, or dents.
