You are bidding on a perfect NOS D0ZY-16707-A Hood Latch Support, which the book shown in the last picture says fits 1970 and 1969 Mercury Cougar cars including Eliminator, GT and XR7 models. This part is concours correct for 1970 models as it has the small notch on the corner, but also fits 1969 Cars as well. I've had this in heated storage for 35 years and never offered it before.
